This Privacy Policy explains how Quantrolix collects and uses information when you use Terpa.
Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, hashed password, and profile name
- Grow data: grows, plants, logs, tasks, sensor entries, and notes
- Media data: plant photos and related metadata
- Subscription data: plan tier and purchase verification metadata
- Technical data: basic request logs required for reliability and security
- Crash diagnostics: Apple MetricKit crash reports, app version and build, and a random event identifier. These reports are sent without Terpa account credentials, and Terpa does not store a user ID or IP address with the crash receipt.
How We Use Information
- Provide core app functionality, sync, and account access
- Process subscription tier access and feature gating
- Generate optional AI diagnostic outputs when you explicitly request analysis
- Diagnose app crashes and improve app reliability
- Maintain system security, fraud prevention, and uptime monitoring
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate Terpa, such as infrastructure, storage, and payment/receipt verification services.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account in-app, which permanently removes account-associated grow records and media from active systems. Anonymous crash diagnostic records are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically.
Your Choices
- Review and update grow records from within the app
- Export your data using in-app export tools (when available by plan)
- Delete your account at any time from Settings
